Through the €577billion Recovery and Resilience Facility, we support reforms and investments that strengthen economies, public services and long-term competitiveness.
We also provide tailored expertise through the Technical Support Instrument, helping national authorities design and implement effective reforms across the EU.
Reforms keep our economies competitive and improve the quality of public services. However, reforms are complex. It requires specialized expertise to make sure that the reforms are well-designed and optimally implemented.
Public Administration requires EU-level coordination to align reforms, avoid duplication, share expertise, and ensure consistent, effective governance across Member States.
