What we do

The Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) is a temporary instrument that is the centrepiece of NextGenerationEU -the EU’s plan to emerge stronger and more resilient from the COVID-19 crisis.

The European Semester is an annual exercise that coordinates the EU's economic and social policies. During the Semester, EU Member States align their budgetary and economic policies with the objectives and rules agreed upon at EU level.

Reforms keep our economies competitive and improve the quality of public services. However, reforms are complex. It requires specialized expertise to make sure that the reforms are well-designed and optimally implemented.

Public Administration requires EU-level coordination to align reforms, avoid duplication, share expertise, and ensure consistent, effective governance across Member States.
