Digital services and citizen experience (Mission 1 – Component 1, Investment 1.4)
Italy’s Recovery and Resilience Plan provides for the development of an integrated and harmonized offering of state-of-theart citizen-oriented digital services, ensure their wide-spread adoption thereof across both central and local administrations and enhance users’ experience.
Italy’s Recovery and Resilience plan provides funding of EUR 813 million.
The Municipality of Taranto is a beneficiary and executing institution of the project. The data migration and digital infrastructure work started on February 24 2023 and ended in August 2023. This intervention ensured a better user experience of digital services of the Municipality and a simplified interaction between the public administration and citizen. The project is finance by the Recovery and Resilience Facility with EUR 164.820.
