Promoting communicative accessibility - Implementation of Assistance and Processing Services

  • Project

Four initiatives in Sant Feliu de Llobregat aim to enhance communicative accessibility and universal access, supporting independent living and public service usage for all residents.

The Next Generation project encompasses video assistance, translation, language simplification, and mobile/web accessibility enhancements to promote communicative accessibility within a universal design framework, ensuring all community members can enjoy independent lives and access local public services and products:

Implementation of a telematic administrative processing service via videoconference, featuring accessibility functions.

Launch of an assistance service for electronic processing, supported by a simultaneous language translation tool.

Revision of templates to simplify language in public documents.

Upgrading accessibility in both mobile applications and web pages.
