Digital services and citizen experience (Mission 1 – Component 1, Investment 1.4)
The objective of this investment is to develop an integrated and harmonized offering of state-of-theart citizen-oriented digital services, ensure their wide-spread adoption thereof across both central and local administrations and enhance users’ experience.
Sub-investment 1.4.5 Digitization of public notices. Italy’s Recovery and Resilience Plan provides investment to develop a single platform for notifications.
The investment is financed by Italy’s Recovery and Resilience plan by EUR 561 million.
As part of this investment, this project aims to send citizens legally valid notifications relating to administrative acts.
