Digital Competence Development Program

The adoption of the government program called the “Digital Competence Development Program” by the Council of Ministers aims to:

1. Increase the level of digital competencies in the Republic of Poland;

2. Boost the supply of ICT specialists in the labor market;

3. Promote digital education;

4. Improve the quality of digital competence development management;

5. Operationalize the action “Development of digital competencies” under the intervention “Building an information society” of the Strategy for Responsible Development;

6. Achieve milestone C10G included in reform C2.1, aimed at expanding the use of digital solutions in public administration, the economy, and society, as part of the National Recovery Plan;

7. Implement EU objectives outlined in the “Path to the Digital Decade” policy program by 2030;

8. Execute the Action Plan for Digital Education for 2021–2027.
