Latvia and Lithuania: Evaluating Public Administrations

The European Commission supported Latvia and Lithuania to develop their monitoring and assessment of public sector performance. Performance Toolkits for were designed for each country, enabling measuring of performance and benchmarking at organisational-level. Piloted and refined with stakeholder input, the Toolkits support governance reforms, strategic planning, and transparency. Data integration and dashboards facilitate evidence-based decision-making and accountability.
