Description
The European Commission aimed at developing the capacity of Recovery Portugal Taskforce to effectively plan, monitor and control the implementation of RRP reforms and investments. This was addressed through targeted support for enhancing the monitoring, reporting and control mechanism related to the milestones and targets in the Council Implementing Decision approving the RRP, the investment management framework for RRP investments, and for building the capacity of the Taskforce.
