Enhancing cooperation and quality of public administration

The European Commission aimed at strengthening regulatory and legislative quality in Greece, including alignment with the EU’s better regulation agenda and integration of strategic foresight into the regulatory production. It was directly linked with the implementation of the Greek law 4622/2019 on the Executive State, which provides for the basic principles, mechanisms and framework for better policy-making and better law making.
