Supporting the implementation of goal-setting and performance evaluation in Greece

The European Commission provided technical support in the area of organisational transformation and public sector human resources management in Greece, with special focus on enhancing the implementation of the new goal-setting and performance evaluation system, which has recently been introduced. The project provides guidance for organisational transformation, expecting to enhance public sector efficiency, transparency, and employee satisfaction, ultimately benefiting public servants and citizens.
