Description
The European Commission provided technical support in the area of public procurement, with the purpose of strengthening the capacities and professionalism of French public procurement officials to run green public procurement procedures, by identifying gaps and needs in the current training offer and developing a training strategy as well as specific tools to assist state buyers.
