Description
The European Commission (EC) supported Austria, Ireland and Lithuania to address their specific barriers to building renovation and decarbonisation, including: fragmented energy performance data and databases across federal states in Austria; challenges to link coordination and incentives for renovation in multi-apartment buildings in Ireland; and promoting cost-effective and scalable renovation solutions with pre-fabricated modules from organic materials in Lithuania.
