Description
Starting in April 2022, the Slovenian Ministry of Public Administration (MPA) received technical support from the European Commission for the implementation of public procurement reforms, with an emphasis on increasing competition in the public procurement market. The project provided an overview of the current landscape of collaborative public procurement in Slovenia. It examined different collaborative approaches, drawing on practices from other OECD countries, identified existing gaps and opportunities and offered actionable recommendations to foster cooperation among public buyers.
