Zial Tržič - New technological equipment and improved energy efficiency

The company plans to expand the capacity of its existing production and services by investing in state-of-the-art technological equipment and energy-efficient facility upgrades. As part of the project, they will purchase a SPINNER VC750 machining center, the Solid World software package, a VDA 11-10 screw compressor, and a reversible air-to-water heat pump. In addition, the facility will be retrofitted to improve energy efficiency, and a rainwater storage tank will be installed, contributing to sustainable and environmentally friendly operations.

The project aims to increase productivity, which will be reflected in a rise in value added per employee from €52,228 to €57,650. Furthermore, the goal is to increase the number of employees from the current two to four new highly skilled positions. In terms of material efficiency, the plan is to reduce raw material consumption per unit of product from 1.413 to 1.188, while energy efficiency will be improved by reducing energy consumption per unit of product from 4.38 kWh to 3.09 kWh
