The center will function as an intermediary between local business and young people and will provide conditions for personal development, increasing the professional and digital competences in line with labor market need.

The work ot the centre will put a special focus on vulnerable groups. It will act as a mediator towards public authorities,  assist of schools and regional education departments in working with students who have or are at risk of dropping out of the education system.

The cente will implement targeted activities to reach the Roma target group, including work with parents and a focus on Roma girls.

Innovative approaches will be applied with a focus on non-formal education, supporting the formation and development of students and young people, as well as increasing their competencies and skills for successful implementation on the labor market.

The project is expected to be completed by 30 June 2026.
