The objective of this reform is to facilitate broadband connectivity in Cyprus. This measure consists in enabling the Office of the Commissioner of Electronic Communications and Postal Regulation (OCECPR) to collect and publish geographical data on electronic communication networks. The milestone has been successfully completed as the web portal on broadband and infrastructure mapping is accessible since May 2025. It is noted that the acceptance certificate of the platform was issued in March 2025 by the Contracting Authority (OCECPR), confirming the successful delivery and compliance of the system with all technical and functional specifications.
