Vez Pivka - Expansion of Chair Shell Production Capacity

The main objective of the project is to expand production capacity and introduce new, sophisticated technology resulting from in-house development, with the aim of increasing production capacity for sophisticated products featuring high-quality surfaces and precise shapes. The equipment and product will have a positive impact on the environment, with improved material and energy efficiency, increased processing capacity, and reduced water consumption.

As part of business improvements, significant results were achieved in three key areas:

- Increased productivity: Value added per employee increased from €50,429.70 to €53,076.49, indicating more efficient use of the workforce and improved business performance.

- Material efficiency: Raw material consumption per unit of product (chair shell) decreased from 5,529,600 mm³ to 4,423,680 mm³, reflecting a more rational use of materials and a reduction in waste.

- Energy efficiency: Energy consumption per unit of product has decreased from 11,318 kWh to 9,303 kWh, contributing to sustainable development and lower production costs.
