Update the national legislative framework to support the launch of the state-of-the-art Blood, Tissue and Cell Centre.

The reform provides for the entry into force of legal act(s): (a) to establish a Government Department operating the Blood Bank, Tissue and Cell Centre, and (b) to assign functions and responsibilities to the Government Department.
