Systematic implementation of early, evidence-based interventions; parenting programs, including those for particularly vulnerable groups of children and adolescents and their parents. Upgrading the competencies of professionals in the fields of health, education, and social welfare who come into contact with children and their families in their work. Implementation of a program to improve parenting skills and provide support to families to protect children, including those with mental health challenges.

Promotion of children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development, improved academic achievement, and a safer and healthier upbringing.
