The aim of the project is to expand and automate production by investing in modern machinery that will enable increased capacity, technological advancement, and the development of proprietary products. By purchasing a CNC machining center and a precision grinding machine, the company will improve efficiency, reduce downtime, increase productivity, and enable the simultaneous processing of multiple products. The machines will be integrated into a unified technological process, which will contribute to greater competitiveness, higher added value, and a reduction in raw material and energy consumption as well as environmental impact. The project incorporates green and digital solutions and supports the company’s sustainable development.
The company’s goals are focused on increasing efficiency and sustainable growth. Value added per employee increased from €48,353.14 to €52,482.34, indicating improved productivity. Material efficiency has improved by reducing raw material consumption per unit of product from 2.974 kg to 2.507 kg, resulting in lower material consumption. Energy efficiency has increased, as energy consumption per unit of product decreased from 2.655 kWh to 1.984 kWh, contributing to more economical and environmentally friendly production.
