In Arpajon sur Céré, two social housing buildings built in the 1960s suffered from decay and poor accessibility. The dwellings were not adapted any more to the ageing resident population.
With the support of the RRF, the energy renovation and overall improvement of the housing contributed to energy savings and improved the quality of life of inhabitants, including many elderly people.
