Testing a model for monitoring energy consumption in multi-dwelling buildings by establishing automatic data collection in Vukovar

Under this pilot project energy and water consumption and indoor air quality monitoring was established in eight multi-apartment buildings in the City of Vukovar, with automatic data collection in the existing national Energy Management Information System (EMIS) which was upgraded with new functionalities.

A new interface was created for consumption monitoring in multi-apartment buildings.

Based on this pilot project, the Ministry will develop the Guidelines on the application of a model for monitoring energy consumption in multi-dwelling buildings at the national level.
