As part of the project, individual plans for the development of new business models will be designed and implemented, taking into account the company’s needs, the changing business environment, and the introduction of changes in the field of new technologies (digitalization).
The project involves the development of career development plans and a range of targeted training and educational programs for people with disabilities and other employees who work alongside them.
