The objective of this reform is to support the green hydrogen value chain.
As part of the reform, Bulgaria has adopted legal actss concerningthe various stages of the green hydrogen value chain - production, storage, transport, distribution and consumption of green hydrogen.
The implementation of the refiorm has been completed.
