MIHAI VITEAZUL FETEȘTI SECONDARY SCHOOL
SO1. Decrease the dropout rate in MIHAI VITEAZUL FETEȘTI GIMNAZIAL SCHOOL by at least 0.2% / year for 3 school years.
SO2. Improving the learning situation and the percentage of promotion in basic subjects (math, Romanian, science, foreign languages, computer science) for at least 193 pupils per year in the secondary school cycle by creating a stimulating environment, using interactive teaching methods, carrying out remedial and extra-curricular activities, increasing the involvement of parents and legal guardians of children in education for 36 months.
SO3. Increase the participation rate in the National Assessment by a minimum of 0.3% annually for 3 years while reducing the percentage of students who score below 6 in EN, annually for 3 years through the implementation of educational support programs.
SO4. Increase the competences of teachers, especially substitute teachers and adapt their teaching methods to current methods and technologies for 3 years.
