Measures to Achieve the Goal: The project organizes remedial activities for students needing extra academic support and ensures access to educational materials. Furthermore, it equips the school with modern chemistry laboratories for practical application of theoretical knowledge.

RRF Funding: The fundining of 175.923 euros was dedicated for supporting the measures aimed at reducing school abandonment rates.

State of Implementation: School No. 1 in Mangalia has successfully implemented the project, providing academic support, educational materials, and a modern chemistry laboratory. The concerted efforts of students, parents, and teachers establish this school as a model for reducing dropout rates, contributing to the National Program for Reducing School Abandonment in Romania.
