The objective of this reform is to strengthen capital markets in Slovenia.
The basis of the reform was the adoption of a new Act on alternative investment funds in July 2022, regulating this type of investment.
The next step will be adopting a broader strategy for the Slovenian capital markets, setting out specific measures, building on the results of the Structural Reform Support Programme project “Capital Market Enhancement and Development in Slovenia”.
