Latvian government
The investment, which receives EUR 2.5 million from the Recovery and Resilience Facility, aims at increasing the capacity of specialists of local municipalities to improve the efficiency and quality of their work and to provide qualitative public services.
Within the investment, 1300 local government employees will be trained, improving their knowledge and qualification.
The training and other capacity building measures will be carried out on the basis of an assessment of public services and local government capacity.
