The aim is not only to respond to the ongoing transformation of the job market, but also to meet the needs of new student profiles, namely adults who work full-time, enhancing their lifelong learning and the ongoing updating of knowledge, skills and competences.
In 2024, IPCA will once again invest in a set of free training offers, in various areas, with a strong focus on digital skills.
The RRP Short Courses to be promoted this year are organised into four Training Programmes: Transversal Skills, Organisational Transformation of Public Administration, Companies and the Social Sector.
It should be noted that many of these courses have places reserved for IPCA Alumni.
