The aim of the project was to provide equal opportunities for all households in the villages of Vavpča vas and Trata to connect to the sewerage network.
A new energy-efficient system for the discharge and treatment of waste water that ends at the existing treatment plant in Semič was constructed.
With the investment, the rate of connection to the public sewerage system in the municipality of Semič increased by 7 %.
The newly constructed part of the waste water discharge and treatment system connected 81 new units.
Seven channels were constructed with a total length of 1,937 m with five pumping stations. The new solar power plant will ensure the energy neutrality of this system.
The Recovery and Resilience Facility provided funding of EUR 339,000, while the total value of the investment was EUR 734,000.
The project started in February 2022 and was finalised in December 2024.
