Setting up of the physical one-stop-shop office for energy renovation and seismic reinforcement

"One-stop-shop" services are designed to assist citizens and other entities in implementation of procedures related to energy renovation and post-earthquake reconstruction. The one-stop-shop functions as a centre for information, counselling, and facilitating the implementation of earthquake recovery activities. These one-stop shops are opened in the earthquake-affected areas.The offices bring together teams of advisory and administrative experts from relevant fields who work directly with citizens to resolve existing challenges, alongside experts operating in the field. The presence of these teams on the field allows for high-quality and accurate interpretation of real needs, better communication, and the integration of online and offline service systems, ensuring that building renovation challenges are resolved as quickly as possible. Regarding energy renovation, technical assistance is provided to citizens and building managers who carry out renovation activities on behalf of the co-owners.
