
With support from the Recovery and Resilience Plan of Spain, the Galician regional government has supported microtrainings, designed by firms themselves, where both employed and unemployed people can participate.
These are training activities of a non-formal nature linked to the National Catalogue of Professional Qualifications, Qualifications, in line with the most immediate human capital training needs identified by firms in a given sector.
Within the framework of investment 1 of Component 20 of the Recovery and Resilience Plan of Spain, in 2022, partnership agreements were concluded with clusters and entities that represent the main strategic sectors in Galicia, 816 training actions were carried out and 12.405 students and pupils took part in them.
By September 2023, agreements had been concluded with Asociación Clúster TIC Galicia, the Labour Foundation for Construction; Cluster de Empresas de Automoción de Galicia (CEAGA), Clúster das Enerxías Renovables de Galicia (Cluergal), Asociación de Industrias do Metal e Tecnoloxías Asociadas de Galicia (ASIME), Federación Galega de Comercio, Clúster do Naval Galego (Aclunaga), Mining Chamber of Galicia, Galician Hydrogen Association, Galicia Audiovisual Cluster, which provides for the training of 15.197 people through 768 training actions.
