Residential construction

Construction of four multi-family residential buildings.

The buildings use modular technology (wooden frame) with a reinforced concrete vertical communication core, central heating from the municipal network, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, and photovoltaic installations on the roofs of three buildings. The fourth building, with a shaded roof, is equipped with a wind power generator for self-consumption.
