The renovation of the Volkskundemuseum Wien aims to combine its cultural mission with environmentally conscious monument protection and preservation of historical buildings.
Funding by the Recovery and Resilience Facility (EUR 20m) will contribute to a significant increase in the energy efficiency.
The start of the construction work for the Volkskundemuseum Wien was scheduled for November 2024 and completion for mid 2026.
