Renovation of schools - French Community

The Recovery and Resilience Facility supports the renovation of schools under the different education networks of the French Community, with EUR 186 million in grants.

Apart from the climate objective, which is to reduce energy consumption of the school buildings, the investment also aims to increase the accessibility of buildings as well as to make them more suited for today's pedagogical evolutions (internet, common basis, workshops). 

One of the schools that benefited from this investment is La Brise in Oudergem/Auderghem. All works should be completed by June 2026.
