The Italy's Recovery and Resilience Plan contributes through this measure to support vulnerable persons and prevent institutionalisation.

The investment will include the following interventions:
(I) support parenting skills and prevent vulnerability of families and children;
(II) support independent living and deinstitutionalisation of the elderly;
(II) strengthen home-based social services to ensure early discharge and prevent hospitalisation;
(III) strengthen social services and prevent burnout of social workers.

The investment is financed by Italy’s Recovery and Resilience plan by EUR 66 million.
Renovation of the building, former headquarters of the Association, Canterini Romagnoli, located at Via Mascagni, 13/1a Russi.

From the infrastructural point of view, the objective of the intervention consists of seismic improvement, through local interventions, building redevelopment and removal of architectural barriers in the building, with the aim of creating a home in which a group of young people with disabilities will be able to live, equipping it with tools, home automation technologies and remote interaction, so as to improve their social and working autonomy.
