The objective of this investment is to revitalise the Nicosia inner city.
This measure consists in renovating rooms in Nicosia’s inner city with the purpose to be used as student dorms.
Specifically, buildings in Nicosia’s inner city are being renovated and converted to deliver at least 286 student dorms, through a grant scheme and through public procurement for the purchased buildings.
The total budget for all these interventions is near EUR 17 million.
The whole project should be completed in july 2026.
