The objectives of the future Strategy shall be in line with the strategic priorities outlined by the European Commission’s public procurement strategy.
Consequently, the measures to be included in the action plan of the future Strategy shall focus on the six strategic policy priorities of the Commission’s Strategy, aiming to improve public procurement practices in a collaborative manner by working with the other public authorities and other stakeholders.
The strategy and its exact measures, together with associated implementation schedule and assignment of responsibilities shall be agreed by the Inter-ministerial Committee on Public Procurement.
