4 additional local CPBs shall be configured and provided with operational instruments and know-how.
The exact categories of goods/services/works that shall be subject to centralized procurement are to be established following the needs analysis of the beneficiaries of each CPB, but may include the following: i) office supplies, ii) fuel, iii) IT equipment, iv) communication services v) facility management services vi) mobility services.
