The aim of the investment is to reduce flood risks. The investment includes the construction of flood protection infrastructure, the establishment of a national water monitoring center, the assessment of flood risks in the river basins of Slovenia. For this purpose, EUR 177 million euros from the Recovery and Resilience Facility is earmarked.
