Reconstruction of the Drásov Health Centre

The goal of the project was an extensive reconstruction that transformed the dilapidated building into a modern facility providing citizens with quality medical care. 

The main function of the building was largely preserved. A new commercial space for small services was created on the ground floor and two service apartments for doctors were built in the attic. 

The building is energy-efficient, which is ensured, for example, by heat pumps and photovoltaic panels. Rainwater management is also not forgotten. 

The work took approximately 18 months, despite various unexpected obstacles that arose during the work, such as the discovery that the foundations were completely missing under part of the original building.
