In 2024, the reconstruction of the old brewery on the grounds of Jindřichův Hradec Castle began, thirteen years after the destructive fire and eight years after the town purchased the property.
Brewing is set to resume in 2026, with a new tenant financing its own brewing equipment/technology.
The ground floor will house a leased brewery restaurant.
Additionally, plans include the construction of two museums and a multifunctional congress hall.
