The RECÒNDIT festival, which receives a grant of €25,000 from the Next GenerationEU fund, aims to diversify the cultural offerings of cities and put an end to the cultural isolation often experienced by small municipalities.
At the same time, it seeks to reclaim the natural, historical, and cultural heritage of these towns and make it known to the general public.
The festival, which will tour the municipalities of Camós, Sant Miquel de Campmajor, Fontcoberta, Palol de Revardit, Esponellà, Crespià, Vilademuls, and Serinyà, offers 24 days of activities and nearly 40 musical proposals of various styles, with special attention to musical proposals emerging from the Pla de l'Estany region.
Additionally, it incorporates parallel activities that promote networking and empower the associative fabric of these localities.
RECÒNDIT prioritizes sustainability and is one of the first cultural projects to promote concerts that will operate exclusively with solar energy.
None of the festival's performances require electrical connection or diesel generators; instead, they are powered by a system of solar panels and accumulators, resulting in a reduction of CO₂ emissions.
