Purchase of a robotic grinding cell, air tables, and extraction equipment for plasma cutting - Ključavničarstvo Robert Koprivc Brežice

The aim of the project is to modernize the production process by purchasing new, technologically advanced, and energy-efficient machines and introducing new technological solutions into the production process. 

The Recovery and Resilience Facility provides funding of EUR 0.15 million.

With this investment, the company has increased productivity and the level of automation and digitization of the entire technological process. The company has achieved significant improvements and reductions in negative environmental impacts at both the equipment and product levels.    

The project includes the purchase of a robotic grinding cell, an air table, and an extraction device for plasma cutting. The company has robotized the grinding process and optimized the cutting and extraction process. 

With the purchase of new machines, they have reduced the amount of electricity, technical gases, and consumables used in the production process. They also ensure maximum material utilization with the help of integrated solutions.
