Purchase of a new building for the Bratislava City Court

By means of a transparent commercial tender, tenders are to be made for the conclusion of a contract for the acquisition of ownership of a new building for the court to meet the increased demands of the administration of justice and its activities, including new technology, with a goal to establish new judicial offices for judges as well as the full court staff.

Ensuring decent and quality conditions for court clients and judicial staff is a priority of the project. At the same time, energy efficiency will be increased, proceedings will be accelerated, the accessibility of courts will be improved, and citizens will be guaranteed access to fair decisions within a reasonable time.
