Psycho-social centre Trnava

The establishment of the Psycho-social Centre in Trnava fulfilled the goal of the Trnava Self-governing Region – to increase capacity for providing healthcare in long-term shortage specializations focused on mental health support.

Through the ambulances associated with the Psychosocial Centre in Trnava and the ambulances - a general ambulance for adults, a specialised cardiology ambulance, a specialised neurology ambulance, a specialised ambulance for diabetology and metabolic and nutritional disorders, a mobile hospice, and a home nursing care agency— the Centre provides comprehensive health care and social counseling.

The psychosocial center in Trnava consists of:

  • a specialized psychiatric clinic,
  • a specialized clinical psychology clinic,
  • a specialized day care centre,
  • psychiatric ward with a capacity of 20,
  • a social worker who provides social counseling to patients in the clinics and day care center.
