RRF will help with EUR 10 million at least 3,000 young people with little work experience to get into employment by end-2025.
This will be achieved by financing a wage subsidy and training allowance (up to EUR 2,500) to the employer and the reimbursement of the training costs.
The existing “My first job” measure shall be integrated with other services, in particular with support to young people and employers beyond the start of the employment relationship.
In addition, in 2022 the Youth Guarantee Action Plan was reinforced with additional measures for the young unemployed, such as those improving the latter’s skills or defining actions to prevent and address youth unemployment.
