The restoration of Villa Zelengaj involved repairing significant structural damage caused by the earthquake to a mid-20th-century building. Located in a natural setting overlooking Topusko, the villa was renovated through a €1.4 million investment and now offers accommodation and restaurant facilities, enhancing the area’s tourism infrastructure and visitor experience.
