The project involved the comprehensive restoration of a historic building severely damaged in the earthquake. Structural upgrades improved the building beyond its pre-earthquake condition, while heritage features from the late 19th century were reinstated on the façade. The €1.3 million renovation created a multifunctional hall and office spaces, supporting modern operational needs within a nearly 1,000 m² facility.
