The project, financed with EUR 2,3 million from the Recovery and Resilence Facility, concerns the modernization and renovation of the educational infrastructure for the Primary School "St.St. Cyril and Methodius" Varna.
The reconstruction activities aim at achieving renovated material basis, ensuring healthy and high quality educational conditions in contemporary and effective environment, thus creating better conditions for studying and working.
The activities for the implementation of building and reconstruction, authors supervision and survey in building construction will realize the measures in the investment project for:
- Ensuring healthy and favorable environment for providing high-quality and affective educational process;
- Adopting measures for energy efficiency implementation for achieving Class "A" of the educational building;
- Ensuring the building to be compatible with the legislation requirements for accessible environment;
- Ensuring conditions for creation of STEM environment.
During the year 2021/2022 the students are 820.
The renovated and compatible with all the normative requirements school basis are crucial for improving the study results and the learning motivation. The changes in the methodology and in the tendencies in the young people development are basic for their successful development, as a whole.
The renovation of the educational institution building ensures high quality and effectiveness of the whole educational process in conformity with the national and European legislation as well as with all the relevant normative acts. the project contributes for the implementation of the Ministry of Education and Science policy for the creation of modern environment in the educational institutions and performance of complex educational reforms in the country.
